Waiting for an email code

Delivery can take about 30 seconds. Keep this page open, check spam, then use Resend code when the 60-second countdown ends.

Email code or authenticator code?

The email code confirms your email. If two-factor sign-in appears next, enter the current code from your authenticator app—not the email code. Set your device clock to automatic if app codes keep failing.

Apple sign-in or passkey is unavailable

Wait for the Apple button to finish loading. Passkey sign-in appears only on supported devices with an existing KYCPort passkey. You can always continue with email or another available provider.

Creating an account

KYCPort has no passwords. Continue with email or an available provider; a new account is created after successful verification when needed.

Recovery or reactivation

Use Lost your authenticator? after the email step. If a deactivated account is eligible for self-service reactivation, the sign-in flow will guide you through the available identity check.
